WHAT TO BRING

When you come for your appointment please remember to bring: 

• Your referral from your General Practitioner 
• Any relevant x-rays or scan (if you are visiting us from a neighbouring town)
• Medical aid card and Identity Document
• Pre-authorisation number (Please check with your medical aid if this is a requirement on your plan) 

Fees and Payment 

Room Consultations

Co-payments:

• R500 for new visits
• R300 for follow-up visits

Billing is done according to:

• SAMA guidelines and your scheme rates
• Insurance documentation is billed according to your insurer’s applicable rate

Hospital Events

• Billed according to Discovery RPL rates

Medical Aid Submissions

We have agreements with the following medical aids:

• Bankmed Premium B

• Discovery CLASSIC

• Momentum Health

We are able to submit your consultation claim to your medical aid.
Please note: Any co-payment amount is payable on the day of the visit.
